Hannah is a Masters Graduate Sports Therapist with a passion for sports and helping athletes of all ages achieve high performance and return as quickly as possible from injury.

As a student Hannah joined our therapy team at Bournemouth 7s impressing with her knowledge and approach to treatment. Upon graduating Hannah took a role as team therapist with Surrey Scorchers professional Basketball team. This allowed Hannah to experience working in performance sport and rehabilitate athletes back to sport as quickly as possible. Alongside this Hannah was treating clients participating in a wide variety sports and activities as part of a clinic in Surrey Sports Park affiliated with the University of Surrey.

Hannah was drawn to a career in sports therapy as it appealed to have the ability to positively impact on others lifestyles and help return them to what they love doing.

Hannah has a clinical interest in acute sporting injuries having experienced treating injuries in multiple sporting environments. She enjoys testing her knowledge of the demands of these sports and the needs of sports specific Injury assessment and rehabilitation. 

Hannah completed research into injuries of the ankle particularly chronic ankle instability, ankle injury prevention and affects of ankle bracing on lower extremity injury risk and is an area she still keeps a keen interest on.

Outside of the practice and the rugby side line Hannah enjoys living an active lifestyle, a keen netball player and runner to keep fit.

Proudest career achievement

Being asked to be the Sports Therapist for Surrey Storm Netball team at the Fast 5 tournament after watching them on TV and being a fan of the team since I was a child!
